Prep Enrolment for 2024

At Gladysdale Primary School, we understand that choosing a school which will give your child the best start to their education journey is a big decision.

Rest assured that when you choose Gladysdale Primary School your child will be known and cared for individually by every staff member.

Our best efforts are to ensure that every child makes a successful transition to Primary School to ensure they have an engaging and happy experience.

From July onwards we invite you to leave your child for a variety of afternoon programs. Parents are welcome to stay if they would prefer.

Please contact school if you would like your child to attend any of these sessions:

• STEM (Science, technology, engineering and maths) Every Monday 2.20 – 3.20pm
• Performing Arts Every Tuesday 1.00-2.00pm
• PE Every Tuesday 2.20 – 3.20pm
• ART Every Wednesdays 2.20 – 3.20pm
• Patch to Plate (gardening and cooking) Every Friday 1.00-2.00pm

Our Transition Days and Times

Session 1
Friday December 8th 12.30-1.30pm

Teddy Bear Picnic Bring your lunch and your teddy to have lunch with Grade 5 buddies and play in the playground.

Session 2
Orientation Day 9.30 – 12:30pm
Theme: Creative fun. Future preps will continue to experience what a school day looks and feels like.
